ndrea Lee, who is a rising LPGA Tour-star is highlighted by her maiden win at the Portland Classic of 2022. Lee was a winner on all levels. She won nine matches in her college days at Standford University. She also spent 17 consecutive weeks on top on the Ladies Amateur World rankings. Lee was awarded the Mark H. McCormack medal in 2019, which was her highest-ranked female amateur in the final season. Later that year, she turned pro. Andrea Lee made her name in amateur play but is now a professional. James James taught her when she was 5 years old to play the game of golf. She began competing in tournaments aged 8 and won 50 junior titles within 4 years. She made the cut at in 2014 at the US Women's Open at Pinehurst No. with her father as caddie, she was only fifteen when the event took place. The LPGA Tour invited her as a sponsor to 2015. Her amateur record included 17 weeks in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was also awarded the 2019 Mark H. McCormack Medal after finishing the season as the most highly-ranked amateur. Lee was an amateur of the top who achieved four albatrosses and four holes-in-1. Lee had two top-10 finishes during her debut year as a player on the LPGA Tour. She placed 7th in the AIG Women's Open in 2020 which was held at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee won her first LPGA Tour title at the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee dedicated the win to her late grandfather Min who passed away in 2012. Min was constantly calling me a winner and believed that I could win. She added, "I was so grateful to him.
